Job Descriptions:

• Regularly monitor revenue streams, ticketing systems, and financial reports to identify discrepancies or potential revenue leakage.
• Conduct detailed analysis of revenue data, identify trends, and produce reports that highlight potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams. Monitor collection processes for accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to implement processes that minimize revenue leakage and enhance revenue assurance.
• Develop and implement revenue assurance controls aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to revenue.
• Training and Development
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Product teams, IT, and Operations to design, develop, and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage.

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding of local laws, regulations, international accounting standards, and company policies.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data interpretation.

Qualification

• 05 years of relevant experience, 2+ years of experience at Managerial Level.
• MSc/MBA in Accounting and Finance.
• Professional certifications (CA, CA (finalist), CMA, CPA-USA, CFA-USA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Experience in Fintech, banking, or Mobile Money is preferred, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in commercial airlines.
