Job Description

• Distribute office mail, memos and other documents
• Maintain cleanliness and order in office spaces
• Handle photocopying, printing and scanning as required
• Serve tea/coffee to staff and guests when required
• Run office-related errands
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office furniture as required
• Ensure kitchen/office supplies are stocked and notify when restocking is needed

Job Description

• Maintaining medical record of flight crew
• Maintain record of all Aeromedical correspondence
• Arrange appointments with various hospitals and consultants
• Documentation for AOC
• Liaison with necessary departments for flight crew medical examinations and updating schedules as required
• Assisting Flight Surgeon in medical examinations
• Provide medical cover during SEP training

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse/medical technologist
• Aviation experience preferred
• Knowledgeable on computer applications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Medical Technology (16+ years of education)

Job Description:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly variance analysis of all costs
• Preparing monthly accruals, posting revenue, receivables, and month-end journal entries in the accounting system
• Monitoring additions and maintaining fixed assets schedule, calculation of monthly depreciation and amortization
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
• Coordinating external audits and other regulatory requirements
• Preparation of tax reconciliations for reporting purposes with the Tax department

Job Requirements:

• Experience in external audit
• Knowledge of IT-based accounting systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (16+ years of education)
• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
