Travel advisory for KSA

As per the recent travel advisory updated by the KSA Authorities, please ensure the following:

  • The traveler should hold valid entry/exit papers to avoid any inconvenience.
  • The traveler will be refused if the date of documents, Passport, or ID is expired.

The traveler will be refused a Boarding Pass if the above requirements are not matched.

Aab-e-Zamzam Policy

March 20th, 2023


  • Only 01 bottle (05-liter Aab-e-Zamzam) duly packed and sealed would be accepted for transportation.
  • Small or loose bottles of Zamzam water are not allowed in the checked baggage, zamzam water bottles cannot be carried in hand inside the plane.
  • The circular signed by the Executive deputy President for Hajj and Umrah affairs, stated that regulations and instructions allow only those passengers to carry Zamzam water on flights heading out of the country who have a valid Hajj or Umrah visa.
  • The baggage containing Zamzam is likely to be held back and destroyed.








Afghan Nationals Traveling from Pakistan

  • Afghan National travelling from Pakistan should have valid multiple Pakistan visa, or valid Pakistani resident visa.
  • Single Entry Visa passengers are not accepted.

    Travel advisory for UAE

    Before traveling to UAE, passengers must be aware of the following:

    No restriction on a face mask

    Wearing a face mask is no more mandatory for passengers arriving in the UAE.


    TYPES OF VISA(s):

    • Single Entry (Short-Term Visa)
    • Tourist Visa Single Entry
        • Validity of entry: Mentioned on Visa
        • Duration: 30 days
        • Number of entries: Single entry
    • Multiple Entry (Long-Term Visa)
        • Validity of entry: Mentioned on Visa
        • Duration: 60 days (Starting from the date of first entry)
        • Number of entries: Multiple entries (Within 60 days from the date of the first entry.)

    Travel Documents Required

    • Valid Visa
    • Return Ticket (May be of Different Airlines)
    • Hotel Booking
    • Show Money (Min 5000 AED)
    • Passport with Validity of 06 Months Minimum
    • Online Verification from GDRFA/ICA
      • For DXB use GDRFA
      • For Other states use ICA

     

    Mandatory Checks Before Ticket Issuance:

    The details of the passenger on paper & pasted visa must be the same as the passport details:

    • Date of Birth
    • Expiry of Visa
    • Online Verification (GDRFA/ICA)

     

    Employment Visa (Work Visa)

    • The details of the passenger on a paper visa should be the same as the passport details.

    Travel Documents Required

      • Valid Visa
      • One Way Ticket
      • Protector: Protector Required for Newly Issued Employment Visas. A protector must be issued after the visa issue date. Passengers not having protector stamp should not be accepted.

    IQAMA (Residency Visa)

    • The details of the passenger on a paper visa should be the same as the passport details.
    • In case of a Residence Visa a passenger stay in UAE shouldn’t exceed 180 days. Passengers cannot be accepted if their stay exceeds 180 days.
    • Passenger(s) having Emirates ID can travel without a pasted visa. Passenger(s) cannot travel in case if they are not in possession of Emirates ID at the time of Travel.

    TRANSIT and On ARRIVAL VISA

    • Transiting passengers are not required to present a COVID-19 PCR test certificate unless it is mandated by their destination.

      • Duration: 04 days
      • Number of entries: Single entry

     

    • On Arrival Visa- (Not for Pakistan Nationals)
      • Validity: 14 days
      • Duration: 48 hours
      • Number of entries: Single entry

     

    Notes:

    • Visas can be checked & verified by GDRFA/ICA.
    • Valid Return/Onward Ticket Required for Tourist/Visit Visas.
    • Passenger(s) cannot be accepted on the last day of their visa validity.

     

    NAIC UAE Bound Passengers.

    • Passengers travelling on UAE visit visa are required to have valid return tickets as per notification of UAE NAIC.
    • Passengers having return tickets from any other airline with a visit visa would require mandatory NAIC permission at the time of check-In.
    • All Passengers holding return tickets of other airline are requested to report for check-in 4 Hours prior departure for API clearance.
    • All UAE Bound Travelling is subject to prior API approval.
    • Passengers travelling with Return Air tickets from SereneAir may receive API Approval early.

     

    Single Named Pax on UAE Flights:

      • Any Passport holder having a single name (word) either in surname or given name will not be accepted by UAE immigration and the passenger will be considered as INAD (Inadmissible Passenger). The new guideline is effective from 21-Nov-2022.
