Departure: When needed, passengers without masks are provided with masks at the airport. Sanitizers are placed at every counter from check-in to boarding lounge. Temperature of every passenger is checked before boarding the flight, along with all the Covid-19 safety measures.
In-flight: Our crew is geared with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the flight for safety of the passengers. Sanitizers are available inside the aircraft for all passengers. SereneAir strives to give you a safe flight experience.
Arrival: SereneAir makes sure to sanitize and spray all the passengers' luggage for their safety on arrival. At SereneAir, the safety of our valued passengers is our first priority.

Lost or mishandled baggage
Claim is to be submitted on "Baggage Claim Form" as under or else it will be inadmissible:
MISSING/DELAYED: Within 14 days from date baggage ought to have arrived. Compensation will be paid as per the Conditions of Carriage.
Production of baggage identification tag is essential for the claim.
SereneAir assumes no liability for valuable items in checked in baggage of the passenger.
PAX must report at Airport office and notify complaint. If the query is not resolved, then direct the PAX to representatives mentioned below according to the concerned sectors.
Contact our baggage services staff at the point of destination airport before leaving the arrival hall and staff will raise a baggage “LOST or MISHANDLE” report.
Provide all the details needed by SereneAir Personnel.
Complete your name with correct spelling, any other name on the bag, permanent and temporary contact, containing item and any other relevant information.
The correct type and color of your missing bag through the identification chart provided by baggage services staff.
Provide the brand of the baggage name i-e (Samsonite or Delsey etc.)
Please make sure that you have the SereneAir Baggage Services contact numbers, claim file reference and documents for further queries.
If it happens that your baggage is not traced and you need to travel to another destination, you may contact our baggage services staff at the point for further handling and information that you may need.
