• Refund charges will be completely waived off in case of death of passenger.
• Please note that charges are segment wise. If PAX is on round trip, charges will be doubled

Important Notes:

• A refund needs to be applied within the ticket validity period.
• Domestic Flight: In case of flight delay by more than 02 hours or rescheduled to earlier departure by more than 01 hours, a full waiver on penalties will be granted if refunded.
• International Flight: In case of flight delay by more than 05 hours or rescheduled to earlier departure by more than 01 hours a full waiver on penalties will be granted if refunded.
• The ticket needs to be reissued on the same higher fare class or RBDS as changes can not be made on the lower fare class or RBDS.
• For a refund, it is mandatory to cancel the booking before applying for an auto refund. in case of misuse, the airline will charge additionally.
• Penalties are applied per coupon/segment. (If PAX is on roundtrip charges will be doubled accordingly).
• Penalty amounts vary depending upon the dollar exchange rate.
• All tickets are valid till 29 days after the departure of the flight.

 

Auto-Refund On GDS:

The automated refunds have been activated effective January 12th, 2021. You are requested to follow the below procedure for GDS PNR refunds.

 

1.   Refunds which were already filled on BSP Link till 12-Jan-2021, agent will mention the RA Number in Refund Remarks.

2.   Remarks also to be mentioned for cancelled & rescheduled flight as per below syntax. (XXLD 503 10th Jan), (RES 504 10th Jan).

3.   Agent will cancel the segment first and will proceed with Auto refund.

4.   In case of "No Show", the agent has to cancel or modify the segment before it gets Flown in GDS. (This should be processed on the same day of the Flight Departure).

5.  Void ticket segments are to be cancelled also on the same day.

6.  Refunds which were not filled under validity & processed as auto refund (Having no reference of Refund Application) an ADM will be raised to them as per company policy.

7. Effective January 12th, 2021, if segments are not cancelled before proceeding auto refund, ADM will be raised as per company.

8. Refund penalties need to be checked from fare rules and applied accordingly.
