Job Description:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly variance analysis of all costs
• Preparing monthly accruals, posting revenue, receivables, and month-end journal entries in the accounting system
• Monitoring additions and maintaining fixed assets schedule, calculation of monthly depreciation and amortization
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
• Coordinating external audits and other regulatory requirements
• Preparation of tax reconciliations for reporting purposes with the Tax department

Job Requirements:

• Experience in external audit
• Knowledge of IT-based accounting systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (16+ years of education)
• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience

• Maintain all documentation for visa processing
• Submit visa application to Consulates
• Coordinate with Cockpit Crew for queries by HR
• Maintaining Cockpit Crew Training Files
